Integrated Jobs Program: Inclusion Revolution & The Haven

Thanks to generous support from the Community Foundation of Sarasota County and the Jacqueline Lewis Family Foundation, Inclusion Revolution and The Haven are proud to present an innovative Integrated Jobs Program—a collaborative initiative designed to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) through immersive, real-world job training experiences.

About the Program

• Workforce Readiness Through Learning Labs

  The program introduces Learning Labs: structured, hands-on work environments set within The Haven’s campus and partner businesses. These labs simulate real job roles, providing participants with practical, on-the-job training in areas such as hospitality, customer service, facilities maintenance, office support, and retail.

• Pathway to Competitive Employment
  Through the Learning Labs, participants develop essential hard and soft skills needed for successful community-based employment. Inclusion Revolution’s team of job coaches and specialists guide participants through personalized training plans, ensuring they gain confidence and competence in real work settings before transitioning to external job placements.

• Business Partnerships & Employer Support
  The program actively partners with local employers to create inclusive job opportunities, offering training and consultation to ensure workplaces are prepared to support employees with disabilities. Once participants are placed in community roles, job coaches continue to provide on-site support to foster long-term employment success.
